Bourgeois set
Golden oven-baked blini served with a trio of caviars: black caviar, red caviar and pike caviar. Accompanied by sour cream, finely grated mimosa-style egg, fresh and pickled cucumbers, crisp green apples, potato crisps and baked potatoes. The experience is completed with baked Camembert, freshly baked brioche and malt rolls served with salted butter. Includes a miniature bottle of Jeaunaux-Robin Éclats de Meulière Extra Brut Champagne.
