These are the words that describe the breakfast of the Count and Countess. The "Special" section features two exclusive sets, which are a whole ceremony and ritual, setting the tone for the whole day. It's a gastronomic journey through time, where each dish is a symbol of luxury and history. We serve it in the spirit of nineteenth-century noble traditions, where guests gathered around a large table to enjoy not only food, but also atmosphere. We offer vintage dishes, decorated with porcelain, crystal and silver, to make you feel like an important guest of the count's family.
Breakfast is served on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday by reservation at 13:00, 14:00 16:00 and 17:00

Golden blini from the oven are served with three types of caviar - black, red and pike. They are accompanied by sour cream, grated eggs à la Mimosa, fresh and pickled cucumber, emerald apple, potato chips, and baked potato. The set also includes a baked camembert, a fresh brioche, and malt rolls with butter.

For a perfect accompaniment, there is a mini bottle of extra brut champagne from Jeaunaux-Robin.
